Level 1-5 (Grades 3-12) Application and Judge Form*

​*There has been changes to this year's application fees! Please fill out the judge form as well. Please make sure you verify your application when it prompts you to in your email! The person filling out the application form should receive a copy of the filled application in their email when everything is submitted correctly.*

Application Fees should be a one time payment by check from the teacher made payable to Southeast Young Artist Piano Competition mailed to: 480 Barnesley Lane, Alpharetta, GA 30022 (postmark deadline: March 5th, 2025 -extended deadline: March 12th, 2025) OR it can be Zelled to hsianghengyi@gmail.com. Cash and Individual Parent checks and payments will not be accepted.

 

Once we have received the application and fees, we will send the teachers the applicant’s time and information.

 

Contestant fees:

•  Level 1-5 (grades 3-12): $50

There is a one time teacher's fee of $10*

*If the teacher is able to come to work on the day of the competition, the fee can be voided. Substitutes for the teachers will not be allowed. Jobs and time slots for jobs will be assigned after the competitor's schedule has been finalized.
